Weekly drop-in yoga classes by Storia Yoga @Pihasali WEEKLY DROP-IN YOGA CLASSES IN HELSINKIWelcome toStoria Yogas morning and afternoon classes every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday @Pihasali from the 9th of July till the 1st of August. Classes are build to fit all level students and are held in English or in Finnish, depending on the nationality of the students. Classes will be taught byJessica Häyhä (RYT 200). No need to sign up, just walk in! __________________________ WELCOME AS YOU ARE Tuesday 8-9am Hatha Flow 5-6pm Yin Wednesday 8-9am Ashtanga 5-6pm Hatha Flow Thursday 8-9am Yin 5-6pm Ashtanga *60min/class *12€/class __________________________ *Doors open 15mins before the class *Yoga mats and props are provided *Classes are held in English or in Finnish depending on the nationality of the students Contact for more info, questions & private bookings: jessica@storiaproductions.fi __________________________ HATHA FLOW A slower-paced, flowing practise where we run trough a sequence of simple postures (asanas) and breathing exercises. Benefits: Helps to develope awarness, strenght and flexibility. This practise can reduce stress and anxiety leaving your body and mind feeling peaceful, powerful and centered. A great class if you are new to Yoga. YIN Slow, relaxing and meditative class where poses are held for longer periods of time (2-5min). Benefits: Increases overall flexibility and circulation in the joints and other tissues. This practise aims to create inner peace and a healthier state of mind. A class for all levels. ASHTANGA A powerful 60 minute class where we practise the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. Benefits: Builds strenght and flexibility.
