Tiedekulma - ANGLES OF HAPPINESS The aim of this panel is to bring some clarity to the concept of happiness – what distinguishes happiness from other neighboring concepts (good life, life satisfaction, etc?); How is happiness defined in philosophy and social sciences? How do these definitions map onto the general public’s understandings of happiness? Is happiness worth measuring and pursuing?
